Initial Training

We provide initial training at no cost for tuition or materials to two people prior to opening your first franchised business. After several days of an orientation program, our franchise trainees will undertake a schedule of production training, working within every position involved with the operation of a restaurant.

• Fifteen days of initial training for the Franchisee and their designated General Manager at our headquarters in New York City, after having received a site approval to locate your restaurant, but before you open
• Four days of onsite training for your staff just prior to the opening of your first restaurant and seven days of onsite training immediately after you open
• Three days of follow-up training for the Franchisee and the restaurant General Manager to be scheduled after the opening has completed
