Step 1: Fill out a Franchise Inquiry Form

After looking around our website, you may want to know more about what it takes to become a franchisee with New York Burger Co.™ For more information you should fill out a Franchise Inquiry Form. The form is very brief and requests some basic information and data about you and your interest in our concept.

Step 2: Pre-Screening Interview

After receiving your Franchise Inquiry Form, we will contact you to schedule a short interview by telephone. We want to know a few more things about you and hope that you will want to know a few more things about us.

Step 3: Send Out Franchise Brochure

After our call, we will send you a Franchise Brochure, within which you will find a formal application for the award of a franchise.

Step 4: Prepare a Franchise Application

Complete the Franchise Application, ensuring that all requests for information have been satisfied, and submit by mail, fax, or electronic mail to our office.

Step 5: Review of Completed Franchise Application

We will verify all information indicated in the Franchise Application and then conduct a credit check and a background check for all persons listed in the application. If approved, we will invite you to attend a Discovery Day at our headquarters.

Step 6: Discovery Day

You will participate in in-depth discussions with key personnel in our organization, as well as a birds-eye view of our operations. This will also be the day in which we present you with our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for your review.

Step 7: Approval to Franchise

A representative of our Selection Committee will inform you by telephone of your approval as a franchisee of New York Burger Co.™ During this discussion, we will also describe each of the steps that will be taken, subsequent to the signing of the Franchise Agreement.

Step 8: Signing Day

This is the day that we enter into a Franchise Agreement. Any fees that are due will need to be paid at this time, including the Franchise Fee.
